Summaries, Chronologies and Analyses

MCB’s medical team can create a summary report or chronology of events, allowing clients to focus on the salient events and facts related to the case. Clients can opt to keep their costs down with a brief summary listing the relevant events and page numbers. Additionally, a summary could be limited to focus on a specific period of time or subset of records. For those matters which require more thorough approach, a full summary can be written, detailing all relevant medical history. A full summary provides the best opportunity to identify any missing records, discrepancies or inaccuracies.
